Hi - thanks so much for your comment. I love that quote!! As I came through treatment I was definitely waiting for the lightning bolt - and I'm still waiting!!! You're right, I reckon - giving yourself time is absolutely key, and not feeling bad if it takes a while to work out what changes (if any) you want to make...and even longer to actually implement them.
