Welcome Thuong, I had double mastectomy and immediate implant surgery. I am very happy with the result. My specialist did a great job and for me it meant I have new breasts straight away and they are exactly the same as before but perkier. I did not have enough fat to make reasonable size - 32B so it made sense. Good luck with your decision.
