Dear sistahs,
I am going to get double mastectomy done in March and breast reconstruction at the same time. I have watched a DVD given by my surgeon to know some ideas about two main approach to carry on breast reconstruction including Tram Flap and Implant. (This DVD was produced in 2005 - I think a bit out of date).
I got some ideas about "pros and cons". I myself prefer to get Tram Flap but my belly fat seems not enough for this approach.
If possible, I would like to hear ideas and opinions from sistahs in this secret group about the above methods.
Every advice is more than welcome and valued to me. Thank you very much in advance.
