Hi Amber, My lymphedema is in the arm, the ladies above are giving you great advice, it's all about, compression, massage, gentle exercise etc. It's really important to see a lymphedema trained therapist. You can google them. There are many that claim to be but the real ones are listed on a lymphedema page. Have you done the encore program. Absolute must for anyone with lymphedema. I was lucky enough to attend a big lymphedema conference a couple of years ago and there were people there with lymphedema to all parts of their body.
