Have you been to a lymphoedema clinic @Bravo? They can show you how to do the massage and you can have a massage done by them and laser treatment if you want. I might have mentioned this before. Make sure it is a recognised lymphoedema clinic with physios. Your doctor might be able to recommend one.
Massage is really important and getting on to it early is really important. They told me that radiotherapy and chemo can make the swelling worse. I have it in my hand and arm, although these days I don't need to do much to manage it because I got onto it early. Take care x
