Breast Implants

Hi everyone. I have had a double masectomy 7 weeks ago now and had implants put in same surgery. I really dont know what I should be doing. I had to have another surgery as wounds on right breast arent healing and still have stitches in right breast. Left is healing good. I have been doing all my exercises but cant get used to these implants and what I should be doing. Should I be massaging?? do we still wear support bra. I have googled. Drop and Fluff?? I think mine have done this. As I went public at Maroondah my plastic surgeon I dont see and i just go weekly to outpatients to check wound. I am going again Friday and have a whole list of questions. My plastic surgeon I emailed and they said they dont have my file and cant give me any information. I dont even know what Implants I have im. So many questions. They feel like 2 bricks are sitting on me. Night I can just sleep on side but implants feel uncomfortable. Also I have been getting vertigo on and off but only at night when I move in bed, did anyone get this also?? Thanks any feedback would help
