Breast “gurgling”

I too had this after my lumpectomy, I was due at the surgeons on day 6 and she said it should go away on its own. I did however need another op for axillary clearance and that was the next day along with 10 days of a drain. Unsure if the drain helped or not but she really didn't seem worried about it! I first though it was my stomach gurgling a very strange problem!
