After two years on Tamoxifen my oncologist said I could stop because it did it’s heavy lifting in its first two years. Everybody’s case is different. After a year off Tamoxifen finally my nails are nearly back to normal after breaking often while I was on Tamoxifen. I didn’t notice changes to my hair. But my scalp is now oilier.
