Hi Karen, bone scan & CT are only necessary for detecting and staging if a cancer has spread. Your blood tests, chest X-ray, lymph node results and any suspicious signs will lead the docs in that direction if it is required. My docs only did them when I was struggling to understand why my friends bc was smaller than mine but had already spread. This disease is so random. I basically put myself through 2 not very nice tests just so the docs could put my mind at rest. If this is bothering you, talk to your team, they really want to help you.
you've got really good news with tumour clearance and no spread detected to your lymph nodes. Be encouraged with how well things have gone, but don't be afraid to question your team, take a friend along for support when you have that discussion ??
Good luck
Tracey
