I was on TAC. Round 2 I experienced bone pain. The onc nurse gave me this advice for round 3. Take nestuala out of fridge. Take panadol. Wait 30 mins for nest to come to room temp and panadol to take effect. Give injection. I would then have a warm bath, take an endo and go to bed. I then took panadol regularly for first couple of days and I was good.
The most important thing is to talk to your onc, they will know how to help you best :)
