I guess I am powering along, surprised myself actually:) Yes, my employer has been fabulous, funny outcome to my work problem though, I have been offered a supervisory role. I have baulked at these offers over the years, preferring to go in and do my job, without worrying about what other people are doing, now I'm thinking of stepping up and teaching the young ones how to be more efficient. Beats complaining about them. All the best,
