I have been having the Xgeva or denusumab injection monthly since January 2012 when it came on the PBS and have no problems with it. I was diagnosed with mets in my bones but the bones are now all stable. My mother who has osteoporosis asked her GP for the injection as it was easier than taking calcium tablets or drinks daily and has found it helpful.She has also had no bad side effects. Lynnemh
