Bone density test
Hi,
My GP has suggested that I get a bone density test (BMD study) due to being on Tamoxifen.
Wondering if anyone can tell me what this involves? I'm hoping it is not to do with having something...

I paid 150 and you can claim some, but I haven't got around to doing it yet.I got my results a couple of weeks ago and they weren't good.I have osteoporosis, quite severely in my spine.At least I know about it though,so I can manage it as best as I can.Cheers Robyn
