Bone aches & osteoporosis

Hello,
Just wondering whether anyone else has trouble with bone aches after having chemotherapy. It's been 10 years since my last treatment and this is the first winter the aches have got worse. Guess I'm just looking for some reassurance as you can imagine the thoughts going through my head.
  • Thanks Nannatash x
Been taking magnesium for a while now as it helps with other complaints.
  • Try magnesium n probably arthritis as chemo weaks bones to all the best x
  • Thanks Mel x
Cold n wet weather definitely not helping at the moment  :s

  • @Donna I'm with @iserbrown, I take panadol osteo for bone aches but I'd take them every 6hrs theyre a slow release to get maximum benefit. Having said that, Im not taking them much the past few weeks, no idea why, Im managing well. Definitely check it out, but the cold weather absolutely plays havoc. x Melinda
  • Thanks iserbrown  :)
The panadol osteo didn't help last night, up to 1.15 am in pain  :'( and these cold mornings aren't helping currently -2 in Launceston,
but as you said visit to GP will put mind at rest.
    Take care yourself x
  • Visit to the GP will hopefully put your mind at rest. I find panadol osteo help as my bones seem to ache and dominate.
    Take care
  • Thank you primek, I have an appointment with my GP and years it's probably arthritis as both my parents have it x
  • If it's worryo g you get it checked out. 10 years on...could just be arthritis but you will worry yourself sick if you don't know for sure. X
