Hi Bindi.
I had the same treatment as you.4 AC and then 12 Taxol combined with Herceptin.
Its the steroids the give us and the fact we go into. menopause that makes us gain weight.I finished treatment 6 mnths ago and still have about 10 kilos to go to get back to my normal weight.
Like you i was very fit and active.During chemo i was lucky to be able to walk 20 metres in the end and i wasnt confident walking on my own.
Gradualy i could go further and was excited when i could walk around the block without stopping.I couldnt work and rested and slept a lot.
When id get out of bed i couldnt stand on my feet.It was like walking on broken glass.Getting up i hobbled around like an old lady.Although things are getting better.Im working part time and physicaly active. i have had serious issues with my feet.I have burning numbness pain in tgje soles cramps peeling and blistering.I would let the nurses know you are having problems with your feet now. They may be able to treat it now, to save permanent damage like i think i have.
I hope i havnt scared you but i can so relate to what you are going through.
Take care.
