Good to hear that you are doing well and taking it slowly.
I had my surgery at the Wesley, but not for mastectomy. I had cancer in my right breast and had removed with 20/20 lymph nodes.The Wesley staff were great there and also the Choices staff. Your feelings, worries, experiences etc are all normal. You have high times and low times. And like you said each day will get better.
Just take all your pain and sleep medication, as it does help with your recovery process. Sometimes you just need to take a sleeping tablet to help you have a better sleep.
