Bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction

Well not sure how I feel... Had appointment with breast surgeon - she is lovely!! No issues with doing double mastectomy (skin sparing), she is very thorough and can make things happen - she is also doing SNB... She also got me in to the plastic surgeon - he is nice too... But it looks like if I want to stay the same size - I have not got enough meat for a tram flap - so it's expanders and implants!!! PS told me eating extra chocolate would not help:-) pity!!! - still he said he will still do a tummy tuck as he considers it part of the reconstruction - nice man!! So I guess I still get all that I want - it will just take longer and more surgeries - up side i guess is that first surgery won't be so big and it will be a faster recovery ... So next appt is next Tuesday I will get surgery date final plan of attack and I was told to bring my list of questions and they will be answered.... Comments any one!!!
