Bilateral expanders and filling

Hi there I have now figured out that if I alternate nurofen and panadol every 3 hours for the first day it is quite manageable ... Not sure if that will work as I get fuller !! I am at 350 mil so far and the target was 550 so only 2 more to go... I noticed today that it is finally starting to fill out the wrinkly excess skin.. I think it only dropped over night so it has made it much more comfortable. It's weird tho... Still can't get used to feeling them move and being able to see and feel the expanders around the edge... Another week to the next fill then I am going to give myself a gap of three weeks before what I hope is the final one. I am told that the exchange to implants is quite a relief ... I hope it is .. Xx
