As another TNBC, I have read about your clinical trial with interest, especially as my chemo was the same as yours - Carboplatin and Taxol. Mine was given post-surgery though. On the TNBC Foundation (USA) website, a lot of women are having chemo first, and getting great results. Australia is right up there with the latest developments for TNBC, so you obviously have a good team of doctors. The waiting is always the worst part of our treatment, but if you get the expected results it will have been worth it! Just for the record, I am 2 years from diagnosis now, and feeling strong and healthy again, so there is light at the end of the tunnel. Also, I found the chemo itself a lot easier than I expected.
