Before You Reclaim Your Curves

Thanks so much for your feedback Deanne. I was just thinking the same thing this morning; the research we need is the study that asks women if they felt well informed before they made their choice and if they are happy with their choice. Information given to women needs to provide honest information about all of the choices available to them.

I also agree with your observation that it's become a minefield. I was very mindful of that when I wrote the post and not a little anxious about the kind of comments I might receive. In the end I decided that I felt strongly enough about this issue to risk it. I was prompted by a message I received via my blog the other day from another of the many women who feel they weren't offered the option of NOT having reconstruction.
