Sorry the news was not better. while I think of it, check out a story from channel 7 and the 7.30 report. It was a 25 year old woman that has been through breast cancer. I am only mentioning this because it is a "good" story and I think we all need to hear good stories. There is a link on the website.
I shaved mine prior to chemo, so I could take back some control. Why dont you keep you hair once it is shaved? Both Sam and I have had hair extensions when ours was growing back (we met online through BC and now we are besties), so maybe you could have your own hair made into clip in extensions for YOU to use a little later on.
You will lose your hair, but think of chemo as the mop up to make sure all those little cancer cells get the right ole kick up the a.....se!!!
