I guess the little bit of hair you have will fall out but it's up to you if you want to shave it off.When your hair falls out,you might find that your scalp gets quite sore- that's normal.You might also find that the scalp skin is abit paler cos it's been hidden under hair.My scalp didn't change colour cos I kept it covered and it's probably not a good idea to get too much sun on it - especially on chemo.
