well...I had my lumpectomy last Friday with 3 nodes taken.
I just got home from getting results and my tumour is a lobular kind which was 6cm and 2 out of the 3 tested positive :(

I hear you. And the unknown is the hardest part. If you are a researcher like me, i found information was what i needed and it kept me busy too. I googled my pathology and found good sites, mostly US eg cancer.org http://www.cancer.org/ or the Mayo clinic http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/invasive-lobular-carcinoma/DS01063 and Cancer Australia http://canceraustralia.gov.au/ and others.
Did you get stage or grade information in your pathology report? Thats can be good to know. But after your mastectomy you will get more pathology and a better idea of what is going on.
