Backward Step
Not having fun at the moment. I was 5 weeks post radiation and ended up spending 5 days in hospital on IV antibiotics with large saroma, cystitis in my breast. Horrible pain ultra sound aspiration of 65mils of fluid drained and 1 week later not much better. On a strong course of antibiotics for 4 weeks. I see my gp tomorrow, my oncologist next Thursday and surgeon next Friday to follow up. Just when I was feeling really good mentally and physically and boom. This is such a roller coaster ride ladies. Just feeling blah ☹️

- Take things easy for quite a while. Contrair to what friends and rellies think, you don't just bounce back to the old you immediately after treatment. Be kind to yourself. Hugz <3

- Sorry to hear that Nads - Hang in there girl- hope each day you feel a bit better- all you can do is soldier on. Just out of Hospital with severe Neutropenia (bugger)-l wasn't expecting that- but that's what happens sometimes- I hope the meds you are on will kick the saroma to the curb!

- Oh crap @nads. What a setback. It's so hard when you think you are traveling OK and something like that happens. Blah is an understatement, I hope you've turned the corner now and can move into a space where no-one is sticking pins into you. Marg xxx
- Very story to hear you are having a rough time. Yes, this rotten disease just keeps on challenging us. I hope you get it sorted out soon and can get back home.
