My partner insists that it's probably just my usual problem that crops up from time to time with my Sciatic nerve. This was a different kind of pain it felt like muscle spasms and nerve pain intertwined. It happened around my lower back where I do have a bit of osteoarthritis. I could actually feel it throbbing. I restricted my movement and I did go to the doctors as I was scheduled anyway. She prescribed a few medicines, one to protect my stomach, one is a mild anti inflammatory and another painkiller which to my shock wasn't on the pbs and was $48. I decided against the expensive one. I ended up not taking anything and then woke up the next morning and the pain was completely gone. I thought I was going crazy. I definitely know it wasn't my imagination and it definitely was painful so I think I will take advice and ask about Claratyne before the next dose of chemo. Thanks to all for your input.
