Back on deck!!!!

Hi everyone, Thought I'd better let you all know I'm back on deck and went back to work for a few hours a day on wednesday. We work few hours each morning until the next dose of chemo on the 18th March. It will be my fifth lot orf 6. Ithink it was better before i had the last chemo when I didnt know what i would be like. Now I know, I am NOT looking ofrward to NO.5 at all. Docetaxel and Herceptin is just horrendous.  I  will be armed with medication this time for pain and nausea so that is a positive thing.

So there you go I'm back on deck until next friday. Thank you all for caring and keeping an eye on me as I think I was loosing the plot in the end.

    Chrissy,I can't believe you went to work.Well you are amazing girl! Maybe you've had the worst round and the next one won't be as bad.Still,it's best to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

    Hi Chrissy, Good to hear that you are feeling better again & back at work. Well when you start your 5th treatment I will be starting my 1st the day before. I'm on FEC for 3 cycles & then the dreaded Docetaxel, only found out the name of that one today & then I see it was the one you have been having touble with!!

    AT least I won't be on the Herceptin, about the only good thing to come out of my pathology results.

    Good to see you back.  I love to hear how you are going.  I only have 6 radiation sessions left then it will be approx a month until I start chemo.  I will let everyone know my progress as I have enjoyed your progress notes.  Gives everyone an idea of what to expect - even if we are all different.  I will know on 23rd March how many sessions and what type of chemo I will be having.  Your sessions have seemed to go quite fast.  My radiation treatment has just flown by. XLeonie
