That's a lovely post Jacqueline, a sense of humour often helps get us through the day! My 14 year old daughter and i were talking the other day about the mastectomy I will need after chemo (the margins were not clear after my lumpectomy) and I am quite a large breasted woman, so when she asked me if I would have chicken fillets in my bra after surgery, i replied " chicken fillets? i'll need the whole bird!"
I start on my "jungle juice" on wednesday, and whilst I admit to being apprehensive, it's something we all must do in the fight against this awful disease, so good luck to you on your journey and stay strong...and smiling :)
