I had my SNC on the 23rd of June. There was less pain due to the drain. I had a lot of weirdness in my nerves. It's gone now but it was the worst side effect. and not that bad, a bit upsetting but not painful. The exercises helped, also resting my arm helped. So it didn't trigger the weird nerves. I found the second time around easier.
i still can't believe I have cancer. I have occasional moments when it feels real. It's just too odd. My theory is that I can only grieve my old life in small bits. I will come to terms with this one day, but not any time soon at this rate!
