Hi Cis, I didn't have cording, but remember really struggling with the exercises. I had to have 2 surgeries 3 weeks apart. One was lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy, followed 3 weeks later by mastectomy and 10 more nodes. The exercises made me feel sick, so I left them for awhile, but continued to use my arm as much as possible (R arm). This did the trick, and very soon I realised that my arm was better. I am sure that was well after the stage you are at. Now, I am reminding myself of this, as it is now 6 weeks since I broke my upper right arm in 3 places. I have been given the all clear to work my arm, and it doesn't want to move. It is the shoulder and muscles giving me grief, plus the unfounded fear that I could break my arm if I push it too much. My physio will straighten me out, as she is a no nonsense person, and is looking after my fracture as well as the lymphadema. Just keep using your arm and it should sort it self out. A physio is a great help though. Good luck. Love Chris xx
