Hi Shell, I have been on Arimidex for 10 months, no rash, but I do have the aches and pains. My hot flushes have intensified as well. I was told by the oncologist to not use brand substitutes. I always accept the generic brand for medicines. The oncologist said Arimidex was what they ran tests on and Arimidex was the drug I should be taking. I decided I would follow his instructions for this drug, just in case there was anything in it. I personally think there would be no difference, who knows?
