Hi Joy K - thanks for your message. I spoke to one of my RTs today who told me she had breast cancer 9 years ago and took Tamoxifen for 5 years with virtually no side effects. I know it's an old one but obviously as it's still around it's been well proven. I'll just give it some more thought, talk to as many people as I can, read as much as I can and when I see the rad.onc. in 2 weeks I'll be better armed with information. It's the first day of the rest of my life today as I finished my rad. course. Yippee! Gay
