Ah loosing weight I too need to get some weight off. I have put on a few kgs since this all started, mix of lack of energy and drugs I think. I try to walk when I can and am slowly getting better at that ( couldnt make it around the back yard a few months ago!) not so breathless and slowly getting stronger. Any tips on loosing some kgs would be greatfully recieved. Regards Hilary x
