Hi Lynn, I have done pretty much as you say, but with a card/letter rather than an email. I started off saying that I had thought I had a wonderful GP but now I was feeling very confused and upset. I outline the events and the impact on me and my family and ask what happened and why, and if we could talk about it to help me with my feelings of betrayal and breach of trust.
That will give her time to think about it and contact me when she is ready.
I cancelled my Tuesday appointment because I did not want to go in with all guns blazing and needed to get some perspective on the situation.
Thanks again for your support
