Hi Manis, thanks for your helpful comments. I have sent my GP a letter telling her of the impact this event has had on me and my family, and asking what happened here and why. I also told her I had thought I had a wonderful GP but am now feeling confused and disappointed, and asked her if we could talk it over sometime. Now I will wait and hope she contacts me and is willing to sort it out. I would like to reestablish a relationship of trust and trustworthiness. Hope this will bear fruit.
