Appointment cancelled for biopsy results

Hi Jessica, That is fantastic news re your biopsy, but what a terrible roller coaster you have been on. I am a nurse in general practice and in my experience, the receptionists are the gatekeepers. Your G.P. may not have been made aware of your anxiety and phone calls that you made to the practice. I don't think people (even in the medical field) understand what we go through, the constant waiting game is relentless and draining. There definitely needs to be education on the frontline in medical and clinical settings, especially in general practice. I hope you meet with your Doctor and explain what has happened, I hope you will be reassured and regain your trust in her. All the best Jessica, Marls
