Anyone used StrataXRT
Yesterday I had my education and planning session for radiation. They gave me a tube of StrataXRT and said to use it once a day now until I start radiation in two weeks, and then to use it twice a day...
I was given Strata to use on breast and neck, I was given it at my first treatment. I had 30 treatments and it worked perfectly on my neck and most of my breast in fact you can’t tell my neck was zapped. My skin broke down under my arm and along my lumpectomy scar in week 6 of treatment (when I was getting the boost treatment) so I was told to stop using it but I was happy to get that far without issues. I didn’t use any other moisturiser with it as I was told it wouldn’t soak through the strata.
