Anyone here into Aromatherapy?
I’ve been hearing a lot about the benefits of aromatherapy and essential oils. I’m even thinking of taking a diffuser into hospital with me as I know I’ll be in a private room so won’t be disturbing a...
It will need to be an electric diffuser, no open flames allowed, even in single rooms.
You would also need to check with the nurse caring for you each shift...... theyalso can have allergies and sensitivities.
Having said that, if you think it may help, try it aat home before you go to hospital and see how you respond :)
