Anyone had chemo and radiation at the same time?

My radiation oncologist wants to discuss giving me radiation at the same time as phase 2 (Pax) of my chemo - which will be 12 X weekly treatments from 11 June. Has anyone else had this "double whammy"...

I had Invasive Lobular carcinoma level 2 - had a left mastectomy - 12 cm tumour. Also excision of some papillomas on right. Have had 4 X 3-weekly AC chemo and shall have 12 X weekly Pax.
