I have met an American lady who is 5 years out from her diagnosis and chemo. She was 32 - triple negative metaplastic. Her boys were 3 and 5 at the time. She had a double masectomy (her choice rather than one only). Currently has a check up once every 12 months. Made some lifestyle and dietary changes and is a real bubble of energy and humour and positivity. She has been an inspiration to me (although I am a decade older).
