I have been seeing the Genetics clinic for some time now and when I at first wanted to get the BRACA1 and 2 Gene test they had all said to me that it it was up to me but was not beneficial in my case as my mother was not alive to compare it to to see if I had the same gene as her.
Is this something I should persue?
