Hi Kathleen,
I bought some ginger biscuits, cheap ones etc. Eat what you feel like; listen to your body and what it needs. Sounds good advice as does alkaline and seasonal foods. I love my greek yoghurt and have taken pro biotics. What about peppermints?
I get pain/ discomfort in middle of chest and down left arm, intermittently. I had menopause from treatments at 42; now 56. Only in last couple of years have the pain, especially if I exert mysel; so try not to. But I need to walk etc..so it is a balancing act.. I am good at " pottering " these days..LOL. I wonder if it might be some sort of heartburn.. or even lymph movement through the chest/ abdominal area after radiation to both sides of chest.
I found I take some time, years even, for physical things to settle down after surgery, treatments, radiation; let alone emotional stuff. Do not fight it. You can always start up again later, for now.. Take it easy.. is my advice.
I did get checked for heart which was ok. Maybe eat smaller meals, more frequently, rather than bigger ones?
Good luck, Kathy.
P.S. Like the new look !
