1stly have your told your surgeon? If not you should this is the sort of thing l=they want to know about.
It is likely fluid or a seroma (collection of fluid) and if it gets too big they need to drain it.
It could also be swelling/ inflammation still in the breast and muscles etc etc from the surgery.
Call your surgeon and let them know, so that they can tell you the best thing(s) to do to get rid of it.
