Anxiety attacks, Femara? Palbociclib?

I take Letrozole which is the generic version of Femara and find I get stressed more easily.I have found a daily one hour walk helps keep things at bay mostly .Maybe it’s the release of endorphins that exercise causes countering things I don’t really know just know it makes a difference to my headspace.I might add I still have teenagers at home which bring their own unique challenges contributing to my stress levels.
