annual mamogram and ct ( year 3 )
I just had my 3rd annual mamogram etc and my anxiety is thru the roof more than ever before , this radiographer seemed really thorough and made a point of trying to look under the lump the oncologist...

Anxiety at annual tests is more normal than not. Your mind goes back to everything that’s happened and it’s not pleasant. I assume you have no results yet and the waiting is very difficult. But worrying about things that haven’t happened doesn’t help. Hard as it is, try and think positive. Best wishes.
