Sadly the older you get (somehow, I’m 77) the harder it seems to be to lose weight! Like many, I have found regular walking to be good for me in many ways. I get exercise (walking briskly, ambling isn’t quite as effective!), listening to music (ABC FM, whatever they are playing so I hear music new to me) and thinking time. I weigh myself every morning too, I’ve learned to deal with daily fluctuations and concentrate (to use a COVID term) on a rolling seven day average! Whatever the weather is an excellent motto.
