Hi @tisme
i found that if I kept count of my daily steps ( I take my iPhone, some get a Fitbit) that helped me keep on track with my exercise - I generally do 7,000 to 10,000 a day and I try to mix it up with some stairs and hills.
When I first went on a diet following my diagnosis ( lost 10kilos I have kept off) I wrote down everything I ate and drank daily - after a while I didn’t need to .
I hop on the scales first thing every morning - my sister says I am a fanatic but I really want to keep this dress size!
I am 64 and been on AIs for almost 2 years - there is no doubt that your metabolism slows down as you get older and AIs do have the effect of aiding weight gain for many women.
Take care.🌺
