Thank so much @ Afraser and @arpie, for your replies. I agree to both of your comments. My GP told me the same that after taking for years it shouldn't be related to my medication,still waiting to see my oncologist. Actually, I had some sore herpes due to some virus in my mouth, it seems it caused the nerve of ears get infected and had sudden onset of vertigo.
