It seems unlikely that any medication you have been taking for years could suddenly result in the symptoms you describe. Have you seen your doctor? It’s possible that something completely unrelated to your medication, such as an inner ear problem, might have been the cause. It would be worth checking, in case it happens again. Best wishes.
