I have been taking anastrozole for seven years; and lucky duck me, I have had minimal side effects. I am sure other network members will share their experience and advice. Others have changed to, and away from anastrozole to avoid side effects like yours and other not fun things. I think to write down your symptoms in a diary to help you report to your doctor or oncologist or breast cancer nurse will be good.
Do you like walking? That is my go-to. Are you working?
