An update, what creams are used when having radiotherapy?

I recently attended the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia conference and there was lots of discussion regarding radiation therapy and skin care. One product mentioned was Mepitel film. It is applied to the skin prior to the commencement of radiation and can significantly reduce skin reactions. It might be a good idea to check with the radiation team to see if they use this film.
